Osbaldo Montano

Osbaldo Montano, MBA has a wide range of work experience in various managerial and financial roles. Osbaldo currently works at Proboca as the Managing Director, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Proboca from October 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Proboca, Montano worked at Fultra as the Managing Director from September 2017 to April 2020 and as the CFO from August 2016 to August 2017.

Osbaldo also has experience at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they held the position of CFO Mexico from April 2014 to August 2016.

Montano also worked at Whirlpool Corporation in multiple roles, including Plant Director from August 2011 to March 2014, Strategic Planning Director and PMO from January 2009 to July 2011, Mexico Manufacturing Plants Controller from January 2007 to January 2009, Finance Manager from July 2004 to December 2006, and Controller from August 2001 to June 2004.

Osbaldo'searly career was at EY Mexico, where they served as a Senior Manager from January 1995 to July 2001.

Osbaldo Montano, MBA earned their MBA (OneMBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2012 to 2014. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Leadership (D-1) at IPADE Business School. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they attended the Institute of Technology of Sonora and obtained a degree in Economics (CP).
