Shay Carwile

Shay Carwile has an extensive background in project management and operations within the construction and rental industries. Currently serving as the Director of Southern Operations and Senior Project Manager at Probst Electric Inc. since September 2017, Shay previously held roles at CMG Construction LLC as a Project Manager and Estimator/Assistant Project Manager from June 2016 to August 2017. Shay's experience also includes working as the Regional Rental and Sales Manager at Katch Kan USA, LLC, where oversight of daily rental activities, sales strategy development, and inventory management were key responsibilities. Shay's career began with positions as Field Superintendent and Field Representative, focusing on quality assurance, compliance with health and safety standards, and operational efficiency.
