Santosh Sahoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Automation & SME at Probus Insurance Broker Private Limited since August 2020, Santosh focuses on customizing automation strategies to fit organizational needs and developing a comprehensive automation roadmap. Prior roles include serving as AVP at iAssure.com, where coordination with IT and insurance teams was paramount, and as COO at GIBL.IN, leading business strategy and operations. Santosh began a career in roles focused on sales, marketing, and management, having held positions at Havmore Insurance Brokers and IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance. Educationally, Santosh is pursuing a Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Fintech at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and holds various certifications and degrees, including an MBA in Finance and Marketing.
