Kimberly MacDonald Smith

Kimberly MacDonald Smith, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the areas of talent advising, consulting, and generalist HR. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President - Human Resources at Probus Logistics, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at McMillan LLP from May 2019 to October 2021. Before joining McMillan LLP, they worked at Deloitte Canada for over 20 years in various roles, including Senior Manager HR | Talent Advisor | Tax from May 2007 to September 2018, Manager HR | Talent Advisor | Consulting from August 2003 to May 2007, and Generalist HR | Consulting from May 1998 to August 2003.

Kimberly MacDonald Smith, CHRL, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Kimberly also has completed a program in Human Resource Management at Humber College. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
