Nicholas Giacobbi

Nicholas Giacobbi has significant experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Nicholas is currently the Managing Director at Procaccianti Companies, a position they have held since November 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Real Estate Development at the same company from March 2019 to November 2022.

Prior to joining Procaccianti Companies, Giacobbi was the Managing Partner at Benzine Development LLC from May 2016 to March 2019. Nicholas also gained valuable experience as the Director of Special Operations and Project Executive at D.F. Pray General Contractors from May 2014 to March 2019.

Nicholas also worked as an Estimator from October 2009 to October 2010, a Business Development Manager from May 2009 to October 2009, and a Project Engineer from May 2007 to May 2009.

Nicholas Giacobbi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Salve Regina University from 2001 to 2005. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters degree in Real Estate at Georgetown University, with an anticipated completion date that is yet to be determined.
