Manish Dogra CSM® CSPO® has worked in the IT industry since 2007. In 2007, they began working at Pitney Bowes as an Advisory Software Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the development and testing of geocoders in various countries, such as the United Kingdom, India, Germany, and Denmark. Manish used core Java for feature development of the application and analyzed and fixed performance bottle necks of the application. In 2016, they joined Ennovations Techserv Pvt Ltd as a Technical Team Lead for INRIX Washington US. In this role, they had experience in automation framework design in Java, testing in the domain of Geographic Information System (Geocoding: Location Intelligence), and writing functional test cases in Java by using Junit 4. In 2017, they joined Procal Technologies Inc as a Technical Team Lead for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Parsipanny NJ, US. In this role, they had experience in Angular JS and JavaScript for front end. That same year, they also joined Avanade as a Team Lead for JP Morgan Chase & Co - Jersey City, New Jersey.

Manish Dogra CSM® CSPO® completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) 3 years program at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, focusing on International Business and Marketing, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Masters in Computer Application (MCA) at Maharshi Dayanand University, focusing on Computer Science, from 2003 to 2005.
