Coralie Young

Coralie is Procare’s executive manager for investigations. Joining the firm in 2002, she became a shareholder in 2008 and has worked in range of senior leadership roles in the organization. Beyond investigations, she serves a key operational and strategic management function across the senior leadership team. She is also serving as the current President of the Association for Women in Insurance. With qualifications in criminology, Coralie previously worked in L&D, Recruitment and Training with one of Australia’s largest investment banks. From this background, Coralie has contributed significantly to Procare’s financial and HR strategies, particularly as the organization has expanded to a national platform.
