Harvey Johnson

Harvey Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. As the Director of Pharmacy CSC Operations at ProCare Rx since October 2017, Harvey has focused on enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Harvey served as Vice-President of Call Center Services/Operations at The Connection from September 2008 to May 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing contact center operations and implementing global business processes. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Johnson Consulting and VP of Customer Service & Operations at The Sharper Image. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The Ohio State University, earned between 1977 and 1980.
