Established in the UK and North America, we’ve been driving innovation for 21 years. We’ve set the industry standard by meeting the demand for self-serve technology and providing meaningful consumer-like experiences expected from online platforms. Launched in 2004, IntelliPen was the first fully web-based administration platform, an unprecedented concept at that time. Since then, we’ve capitalised on emerging technologies to deliver the most advanced solution on the market. In 2022 and 2023 we were voted the number one ‘UK Pension Administration Software Provider’ by Professional Pensions. IntelliPen provides unparalleled levels of self-service for administrators, employers, trustees, and over 2.5 million pension scheme members. Feature-rich portals allow members to take control of their financial security and participate in retirement planning without administrator support. Highly configurable, it comprises integrated modular systems that streamline processes from new member registration to retirement and allows collaboration on the same workflows. It delivers up to 90% time and cost efficiencies by automating member retirements, validation, benefit calculations, reporting and pensioner payroll.
