Patricia Grabarek

Patricia Grabarek, Ph.D., is an accomplished organizational psychologist with extensive experience in human capital management, behavioral science, and talent development. Currently, Patricia serves as the Co-Founder of Workr Beeing, focusing on creating healthier work environments through science-backed strategies. Additionally, Patricia holds the position of Director of Talent Vitality at PROCEPT BioRobotics and previously led People Analytics Research at Intuitive. With a strong background in behavioral science, Patricia has held various managerial roles, including Senior Manager at Symend and Senior Behavioral Scientist at Infor. Patricia has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and has consulted for over 35 clients, delivering insights on talent management and predictive analytics. Patricia earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has a Master’s degree in the same field from Penn State University, along with a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
