Stacey Porter

Stacey Porter currently serves as the Chief People Officer at PROCEPT BioRobotics, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Stacey was the Chief People Officer at Outset Medical, Inc., where contributions included building a strong organizational culture and enhancing the treatment experience for dialysis patients. Experience also encompasses roles as VP of People Operations & Strategy at Outset Medical, Technical Advisor at Zugata, and Head of Global Talent Development at Intuitive Surgical, among others. Stacey holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology (ABD), an MSW in Clinical Social Work, and a BA in Psychology, with a robust background in talent development, employee feedback systems, and leadership training across various organizations.
