Susanne Haselhorst

Susanne Haselhorst has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Susanne currently holds the role of Vice President HR global at Process Automation Solutions since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Baumer Group from April 2019 to April 2023. From April 2013 to March 2019, Susanne worked as a Personalleiterin at Georg Thieme Verlag KG. Susanne also held various positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, including Director Talent Management Central Europe from April 2011 to March 2013, and Abteilungsleitung Human Resources from September 2003 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Leitung Personalentwicklung at Endemol from April 2001 to August 2003, and as the Leitung Soziale Dienste at Malteser Bundesverband from October 1999 to March 2001. Susanne began their career as the Leitung Ambulantes Hilfezentrum at AWO Kreisverband Bingen from September 1996 to September 1999.

Susanne Haselhorst completed their education with an EMBA degree from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl. Sozialpädagogin degree from Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen from 1992 to 1996.
