Henry Draughon - Documenting processes in a manner that makes sense

Henry Draughon has over 35 years of professional experience in the IT and healthcare industries. Henry Draughon - started their career in 1985 as an IT Solution Provider, Problem Solver, and Financial Reporting Specialist at H.W. Draughon & Associates. In 1997, they became a Business Development Manager and IT Consultant at Florance & Associates Consulting. In 2011, they joined Process Delivery Systems as a Problem Solver, Strategy & Process Alignment, Project Manager, and Process Resource Center Development. In 2016, they became a Principal at BOT International. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Texas Healthcare Advisory Council (THAC) as a Member. Through their involvement with THAC, Henry is committed to promoting collaboration on emerging healthcare topics, conversations on healthcare legislation, and dedicated philanthropy for improving the community.

Henry Draughon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Saint Peter's University between 1969 and 1973. Henry Draughon - then went on to earn a Masters in Business Management and Communications from Webster College between 1978 and 1980. In October 2018, they also obtained a certification in Blockchain Basics from Lynda.com.
