Roger Mak, PMP, PSM, is currently the Vice President of Business Development for the Public Sector and Non-Profit sectors at Process Fusion, where they lead customer success initiatives and revenue generation. With extensive experience in project management and systems engineering, they have previously held roles at companies like Webernetic and Toyota Canada, where they successfully managed complex projects and developed innovative solutions. Roger’s educational background includes a Honours BSc in Applied Physics and Computer Science from McMaster University, along with certifications in Project Management and E-Commerce from the University of Toronto and the Institution of Project Management, respectively.
