Eduard Khokhlov

Eduard Khokhlov has a diverse work experience across various organizations and roles. Eduard started their career as a Specialist in youth work at the Youth Employment Assistance Center of Petrozavodsk in 2012, where they organized work with youth and assisted in their employment. In 2013, they became a University Lecturer at Petrozavodsk State University, teaching until 2015. Eduard then moved to the Petrozavodsk State Conservatory as a University Lecturer for a year.

In 2016, Khokhlov became the Head of the Youth Center of Petrozavodsk, responsible for organizing the institution's work and planning socially significant events/projects for young people. Eduard held this position until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Khokhlov served as the Head of the Karelian Regional Youth Center, leading project management and communication within a large team. Eduard was responsible for drawing up project roadmaps, monitoring implementation, and setting priorities.

During this time, they also took on the role of Head of lead partner for the BUSY: Business for Youngsters project from 2018 to 2021. This project aimed to reinforce capacity building of youth entrepreneurs and self-employed people in the region.

Currently, Khokhlov is working at Process Genius Oy as a Digital Marketing & Business Specialist since 2023.

Eduard Khokhlov completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) from 2008 to 2012. Eduard then pursued a Master's degree in Sociology at the same university from 2012 to 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, Khokhlov undertook a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Management at the Institute of Economics Karelian Scientific Center. In 2021, they attended the Karelian Institute for the Development of Education to study Management in the education system, although the degree obtained is unspecified. Additionally, Khokhlov acquired several certifications related to digital marketing, ecommerce, analytics, sales, social media marketing, and software management through LinkedIn in 2023.
