Erika Coyne

Erika Coyne has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the analytical instrumentation industry. Erika is currently the Group President, High Purity at Process Insights and Group President at Extrel CMS, LLC. Previously, they worked as the President of Tiger Optics, LLC, where they led the company in manufacturing high-performance gas analyzers and managed key global accounts. Prior to that, they served as the Business Manager of Gases & Chemicals Division at Tiger Optics, LLC, where they maintained customer relationships, provided technical expertise, and participated in marketing activities. Erika also worked as the Manager of New Product Development at Tiger Optics, LLC, where they led a team in the research and design of gas analyzers and managed various aspects of product development. Before entering the industry, they gained research experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, where they focused on experimental studies of gases and published in academic journals and presented at scientific conferences.

Erika Coyne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond in the period from 1999 to 2003. Erika then pursued a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2008.
