Erin Williamson

Erin Williamson has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, global mobility, and HR strategy. Erin most recently served as the VP of HR at Process Insights, overseeing the company's human resources functions. Prior to that, Erin worked at Worldwide Oilfield Machine as the HR Director for the Americas from 2021 to 2023. Erin also held various managerial roles at Schlumberger, including Cameron Surface & Midstream HQ & Technology HR Manager, MIG Product Group HR Manager, Compensation Manager, NAM HQ/Functions HR Manager, and HQ HR Representative. In addition, they worked as an HR Compliance Analyst, supporting HR with compliance issues and defending claims. Erin began their career as an HR Representative at Schlumberger and later as a Staffing Coordinator at Noble Drilling.

Erin Williamson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University (2000-2004) and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven (2004-2005).
