Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Business Area Americas at EagleBurgmann, Ramesh has held multiple leadership roles, including COO for Business Area China and Managing Director with P&L responsibilities for India and export sales across several regions. Previous positions include Senior Business Development Director at AESSEAL and Director of Operations & Engineering at EagleBurgmann, alongside earlier roles at Flowserve and Andrew Yule & Co Ltd. Ramesh holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University and has furthered education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management, along with obtaining a BULLET PROOF® Manager certification in General Management & Leadership.
