Adriana is the founder of Process Renewal Group Polska in 2003. Ada specializes in developing strategic business architectures as well as in creating enterprise governance systems that align vertical and horizontal management structures. Her years of experience in a practical Process Renewal Framework application gained both as a BPM CoE manager and as a BPM change consultant, assures a realistic approach to an enterprise's cultural and structural BPM transformation. She helps management teams to plan and execute BPM strategy and develop BPM capabilities. She also delivers complex process redesign projects within large-scale IT implementations.
