George Ng

George Ng serves as the CEO and Board Director of Processa Pharmaceuticals and has been a Partner at PENG Life Science Ventures since September 2013. Ng holds board positions at several companies, including TuHURA Biosciences, IACTA Pharmaceuticals, and Calidi Biotherapeutics. Notably, Ng played a key role in negotiating the first South Korean joint venture between Yuhan Corporation and Sorrento Therapeutics. Previous experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Sorrento Therapeutics and as Managing Director of VIRTTU BIOLOGICS LIMITD. Ng holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame and a dual degree in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of California, Davis.
