Christina Goins, CPP, SHRM-CP

Christina Goins, CPP, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in payroll and human resources management. Christina most recently worked as a Human Resources Manager at ProcessBarron starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Benefits and Payroll Manager at the same company from May 2019 to July 2022. Christina also worked as a Payroll Quality Assurance and Training Manager at FrankCrum from March 2015 to January 2019.

Before that, Christina held various roles at Global Imaging Systems from August 2012 to March 2015, including Payroll Analyst, where they were responsible for payroll system setup, training, and approvals, among other tasks.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Ceridian as an HRO Payroll Supervisor and a Payroll Supervisor, overseeing payroll processing and staff management.

Christina also gained experience as a Payroll Supervisor at Sypris Electronics from January 2007 to August 2011, where they managed payroll processing for thousands of employees and implemented procedural improvements.

Earlier in their career, they worked at OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT PARTNERS, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLC in various payroll-related roles.

Christina Goins, CPP, SHRM-CP graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university between 2000 and 2008. Additionally, they attended the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2009, studying Management as part of their Bachelor's program.

In 1997, Christina Goins completed their Associate's degree at Hillsborough Community College.

Christina also holds the certification of Certified Payroll Professional, obtained from the American Payroll Association in November 1995.
