Clint Kelley, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on building HR departments and implementing HR structures. Clint is currently the Director of Human Resources at ProcessBarron, where they built the HR department from scratch and implemented an HRIS. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at ARI Logistics LLC.

From 2012 to 2018, Clint served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Lhoist North America, Inc, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR in the East Region, including recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, training, and performance management.

Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at MDV-a Nash Finch Company, where they oversaw all HR operations in the Distribution Center and acted as a business partner to department managers. Clint also worked as a Human Resources Representative at Nash Finch Company.

Earlier in their career, Clint served in the US Navy as a Lead Recruiter/Marketer, where they successfully led a team of recruiters and maintained a delayed entry pool with minimal attrition. Clint also received the Navy Achievement Medal and Gold Recruiting Badge Honors. Clint also worked as a Mill Room Operator/Grievance Chairperson at Silberline Manufacturing Co., Inc and as a Service Engineer at Perry Corporation.

Clint Kelley, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Bluffton University, completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio, completed from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Clint Kelley has obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In September 2016, they acquired the sHRBP - Strategic Human Resources Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Lastly, in January 2015, Clint Kelley became a SHRM-Certified Professional through SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
