Tom Parsons is an experienced recruitment and search professional specializing in the Life Sciences sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President for Proclinical Group in Australia, Tom has over 12 years of expertise in recruitment, particularly in growing businesses locally and internationalizing them across Australia, the USA, Asia, and Europe. Previously, Tom held roles as Country Director at Hobson Prior and as Recruitment Director at Proclinical Group, where they developed talent strategies for SMEs and multinational businesses. Tom also contributes to the AusBiotech's Cell and Gene Catalyst working group, focusing on workforce development in Australia's cell and gene industry.
