Based in Mexico City he brings over 9 years of experience in specialized search for executive and middle management level within different industries such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Medical Devices and Process & Chemicals.

Farid is currently responsible for a team of managers, senior consultants and researchers offering supply chain talent solutions to top global companies in the 13 different countries of the region, with a focus on Mexico and Panama. Farid’s professional experience in specialized executive search combined with an internship in Lean Manufacturing and an Industrial & Systems Engineering bachelor’s degree give him a unique understanding of the complexity of the market and the ability to offer the best solutions to his clients.
