Olivia Galvin

Olivia Galvin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Procon Consulting since August 2025, Olivia leads HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, while fostering a high-performing organizational culture. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Phase2, where Olivia developed policies in collaboration with executives and ensured alignment with legislative requirements, and various HR positions at Dexian and Robert Half, where responsibilities encompassed support for onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Olivia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Florida.
