Cecilie Bro Svendsen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of HR and HR & Development Lead at ProCon since 2023, previous positions include HR Consultant at Peqqinnissaq Pillugu Kattuffiit from 2020 to 2021, and Human Resources Generalist at FLSmidth from 2018 to 2020. Cecilie has also held multiple HR Consultant roles at Telenor DK between 2012 and 2017, focusing on leadership, employee development, and HR operations. Early in the career, Cecilie worked as a Communicator in the Communications Department of The Royal Danish Court in 2011. Cecilie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Aalborg University, obtained in 2012.
