Ken Leclaire

Ken Leclaire is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. since January 2022, Ken has previously held significant positions including Director of Corporate Services for the City of Prince Albert and Human Resources Manager for Agrium and The Mosaic Company. Ken's expertise encompasses strategic leadership, employee engagement, workforce planning, labour relations, and organizational design, supported by a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a diploma in Marketing from SIAST.
