Tom Kuzeja

Tom Kuzeja is a Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors of ProConnections, Inc. He currently serves as the Director of Software Product Development. He is responsible for user interface and the human factors of engineering within the company. In addition, he oversees all application and documentation development.

Tom started his career over 28 years ago working on embedded systems in the disk storage business at Digital Equipment Corporation. Since then, his professional experience has diversified and includes product development in a variety of disciplines such as, operating systems drivers, enterprise storage management, e-commerce applications and facial recognition technology. While working for Lau Technologies, later known as Viisage Technology and L1, he was an integral member on the teams that developed two applied facial recognition technology patents. Throughout his career, Tom’s interest in usability and human factors engineering grew, making his leadership role in application and documentation development at ProConnections a natural fit.

Tom graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst receiving a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering. He spoke at the University on a panel of experts titled, “Engineers in the Workforce”.
