Kara Chiccarelli

Kara Chiccarelli is a Development Project Manager at The Procopio Companies since March 2024, with extensive experience in commercial real estate development. Previously, Kara worked at Skanska from January 2013 to March 2024 as a Development Associate, overseeing the comprehensive development process, including acquisition, design, construction, leasing, and divestment. Kara also held leadership roles in marketing and proposal management, effectively managing teams to produce client-focused qualifications and proposals for significant contracts in civil construction. Prior to Skanska, Kara gained experience at Dragados USA, Inc. and Jay Cashman, Inc. in proposal management and coordination. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Real Estate candidate at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University, complemented by a study abroad experience in Italy.
