Kathleen Brown

Kathleen Brown is an IP attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, specializing in international trademark prosecution, litigation, and intellectual property portfolio management and counseling. They began their legal career as a law clerk at Brown Martin from 1987 to 1989, where they conducted legal research and interfaced with clients. From 1990 to 1993, Kathleen served as an associate attorney and later as a partner at Brown Martin Haller~McClain LLP, focusing on trademark opinions, prosecutions, and litigation. Since 2003, they have been of-counsel at Procopio, where they manage an intellectual property enforcement team and oversee worldwide trademark protection efforts. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Zoology from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.
