Kelli Bonin has been leading complex incident response efforts since 2016, with a focus on operational excellence and reliability. Kelli's experience spans both platform and security incident response, where they have built programs and teams from the ground up. Previously, Kelli worked as a Network Technician at East Baton Rouge Parish Library System and held various roles at Serenova, including Support Engineer and Network Operations Center Manager. Currently, Kelli is pursuing two degrees at Loyola University New Orleans, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
