Elliott Davenport

Elliott Davenport is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at UKG since April 2020, Elliott leads various initiatives, including the establishment of a Project Management Office to enhance value for complex customers and overseeing the Integration Consulting team. Prior to UKG, Elliott held several roles at Ultimate Software, including Service Excellence Manager and People Success Manager, focusing on team leadership and customer support operations. Earlier experience at Aon Hewitt involved roles as Benefits Operations Administrator and Benefits Analyst, where Elliott addressed complex benefit issues and contributed to system configurations. Elliott earned an MBA in Business Management from Florida State University and holds a BS in the same field. Additionally, Elliott served as President of the Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity, managing a large membership and budget.
