Ergene Brozi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Small Business Department at ProCredit Bank Albania since September 2014. Brozi has held various roles within the bank, including Business Client Advisor, Acquisition Team member, Client Advisor, and Young Banker. In addition to banking expertise, Brozi co-founded DEA Digital Edge Agency, contributing from June 2020 to March 2023. Previous experiences include a role at Bankers Academy and internships at the Parliament of Albania and The Customs Administration. Academically, Brozi holds a Master of Science in European Studies/Civilization from ISE and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Tirana.
