Erinda Ropi

Erinda Ropi has over a decade of experience at ProCredit Bank Albania, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Business Support and Digital Channels Department since July 2012. This role encompasses the development and testing of digital channels, monitoring of 24/7 operational functions like ATMs and Dropbox, and overseeing daily operations and product methodologies. Previous positions held include Head of Digital Channels Unit, Coordinator at Cards and Electronic Banking Services Unit, and various roles in IT and customer support. Erinda Ropi's education includes a Master of Science in Informatics from the University of Tirana and multiple certifications from ProCredit Bank Academy related to banking and English language proficiency.
