Sonila Cvilo

Sonila Cvilo, MBA has a diverse work history in the banking industry. Sonila recently joined ProCredit Bank Albania as the Head of Credit Risk Department. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Credit Risk Unit and Project Manager for CRM at the same company. Sonila also has experience as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, where they led a team and was responsible for credit risk assessment of business clients. Sonila also held the position of Undergoing Branch Manager, overseeing business development and staff management. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Credit Risk Analyst, Credit Risk Officer, and Small Business Adviser at ProCredit Bank Albania. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Accounting Specialist at Union Bank Albania. Sonila's expertise lies in credit risk management, business development, staff supervision, and relationship management with business clients.

Sonila Cvilo, MBA obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of New York Tirana in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Tirana, where they earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics in 2010. Sonila also obtained the First Certificate of Cambridge (B2) from the International Language Center for Foreign Languages in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sonila has additional certifications in areas such as Economic Policy and EU Integration and Cambridge ESOL.
