Suada Mansaku has a diverse work experience in the banking and environmental sectors. Suada worked at ProCredit Bank Albania from 2011 onwards, starting as a participant in the Young Bankers Programme and eventually progressing to become the Head of Marketing Unit. During their time at ProCredit Bank, they held various positions, including Marketing Coordinator and Senior Marketing Communications Specialist. Their responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and plans, preparing campaign proposals, and implementing various marketing activities. Suada also worked as a Business Clients Advisor, where they managed and developed relationships with business clients. Prior to their banking career, Suada worked at the EDEN Environmental Center for Development Education and Networking as a Nature Guide and volunteer from 2008 to 2011.
Suada Mansaku obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Economics in Tirana, from the years 2007 to 2011.
