Agon Topxhiu

Agon Topxhiu is a Risk Model Validation Specialist at ProCredit Bank Kosova since April 2020, with responsibilities including the validation of credit risk models and machine learning models for various risk calculations. Previously, Agon served as a lecturer at Riinvest College in collaboration with the University of London and the London School of Economics, teaching statistics courses. As a co-founder of EdSpot, Agon managed project schedules and team recruitment. Agon also worked as a Data Scientist at International Advisory, Products and Systems, focused on data analysis and policy design, and completed an internship at ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, researching behavioral economics. Early career efforts included co-founding Ekonomiksi, focusing on economic information dissemination and student opportunities, and interning at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo. Agon holds a Master's degree in Economics from Heidelberg University, a Micromaster in Data, Economics, and Development from MITx, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina.
