Hekuran Binxhija

Hekuran Binxhija currently serves as the Head of Retail Business Intelligence Function at ProCredit Bank Kosova since January 2025. Prior to this role, Hekuran worked as a Digital Banking Manager at BPB from February 2024 to January 2025 and held multiple positions at Swinto, including Product Owner, Acting Chief Executive Officer, and Lead Product Integration from May 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance and Reporting Officer at TEB Sh.A. from November 2016 to May 2021, as well as roles in project coordination and relationship management at Gears-up Solutions and TEB Sh.A., and a Loan Officer position at KEP Trust. Hekuran holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics obtained from Kolegji Riinvest between 2014 and 2019, and has also studied at the University of Dubrovnik in 2016 and Dardania College from 2008 to 2014.
