Luke Kolakowski

Luke Kolakowski is a Project Manager at Procter and Street, with previous experience as a Section Engineer and Site Agent at GRAHAM Group and Carillion. Luke has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University. Their projects include redevelopment of highways, sustainable urban drainage systems, bridge construction and repair, and link road development.
