Hoon Na

Hoon Na is an experienced data scientist currently serving as the Data Science Team Lead at Greenlabs since October 2022. In this role, Hoon Na focuses on leveraging a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model with a knowledge graph to optimize decision-making and has developed a recommendation engine and an enterprise knowledge graph for agricultural sourcing. Previously, Hoon Na worked at LG Electronics from October 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included the development of proactive customer care services and predictive maintenance models. Hoon Na also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from January 2019 to May 2020, concentrating on knowledge graphs, graph neural networks, and time-series analysis. Hoon Na holds a Master of Science degree in Computational Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
