Joyce Fang

Joyce Fang has extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as the Director of New Products at Procter & Gamble since November 2005, focusing on portfolio management and new product launches. Prior to this role, Joyce held various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Director of Manufacturing, Director of Distribution Logistics, and Director of Customer Service, as well as Operations Manager and Project Manager. Earlier in her career, Joyce worked at Delphi from August 1999 to November 2005 as a Planning Leader, specializing in initiative and material planning. Joyce holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry, both from Sun Yat-sen University.
