Judson Haynes III

Judson Haynes III has extensive experience in research and development, primarily at Procter & Gamble from January 1990 to August 2022, where roles included Chief of Staff to the R&D Senior Vice President and Director of Global Baby, Fem, and Family Care Research and Development. As Chief of Staff, Judson Haynes III acted as a trusted advisor on innovation strategy, while also leading enterprise-wide project portfolio management. In previous roles, leadership was demonstrated through directing a 20-person scientific team focused on product development and overseeing analytical operations, significantly enhancing output through strategic investments. Additionally, Judson Haynes III held leadership positions in the American Chemical Society and the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChE), serving as President and Vice President, while also managing chapters across the Midwest. Judson Haynes III earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Analytical Chemistry from Louisiana State University.
