Kai Ling Teo, also known as Kaelyn, has extensive experience in sales and strategic planning, currently serving as Sales Director for Modern Retail and Go-to-Market Strategy at Procter & Gamble since July 2016. In these roles, Kaelyn has designed and executed go-to-market channel programs, mentored sales teams, and optimized processes that have led to significant time savings. Previous positions include Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy & Planning, where contributions included designing channel trade playbooks and driving initiatives for customer value creation. Prior experience also encompasses management roles at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, where successful policy implementation and industry engagement were central to Kaelyn's responsibilities.
