Kris Olson has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Director of North American Health, Safety & Environment at Procter & Gamble since July 1998, where oversight includes systems, capability, and compliance for Beauty, Grooming, Health, and Home Care businesses. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Kris held roles as Health, Safety & Environment Manager and HR Manager at BASF from 1993 to 1998 and worked as an Environmental Engineer. Early career experience includes a position as a Physics Instructor at Iowa Western Community College in 1993. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained between 1988 and 1992, and has had additional education at UCL in 1990.
