Laycheng Lim

Laycheng Lim is a Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Procter & Gamble, bringing over 23 years of experience in the consumer goods and chemicals industry across multiple continents and diverse environments. Laycheng has held various roles within P&G, including Director of Quality Assurance for Baby Care and P&G Chemicals, and has demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain Management. Previously, Laycheng was a Quality Assurance Manager at FPG Oleochemicals, where they helped launch the site’s first OGSM deployment and maintained ISO 9002 certification. Currently, Laycheng is pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry at the University Science of Malaysia.
