Michael Flagler is currently the R&D Director Principal Scientist focused on Transformative Platform Technologies at Procter & Gamble. They have extensive experience in the hair and skin care product development sectors, having served in various roles at Procter & Gamble since 2013, including Senior Scientist and Group Scientist. Michael began their career with an internship in Molecular Biology at Abbott Nutrition in 2002 and also held several internship positions at Procter & Gamble. They earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry & Microbiology from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a B.A. in Microbiology from Miami University.
