Nichelle Cole

Nichelle Cole, MBA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A for Mielle Organics at Procter & Gamble since March 2023, previously holding the same title at Mielle from April 2022 to March 2023. Nichelle's finance career includes roles such as Finance Manager for the Child Care business at Kimberly-Clark from November 2019 to March 2022 and Associate Finance Manager at Newell Brands from November 2016 to November 2019. Previous positions include Senior Financial Analyst in Commercial Finance and Outdoor & Recreation Supply Chain, Financial Analyst III in FP&A at Enbridge, and Gift & Data Specialist at The USM Foundation. Nichelle began a career in finance as an Inventory Control Analyst at the University of Southern Mississippi Property Accounting.
