Rainier Maderazo

Rainier Maderazo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Procter & Gamble since November 2019, Rainier previously held the position of Service Level Manager at DXC Technology from June 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing client applications, formulating Service Level Agreements, and overseeing service level reports. Prior to that, Rainier worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Operations Team Lead and Technology Consultant, managing client escalations, mentoring teams, and providing application support across numerous platforms. Rainier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from FEU - East Asia College, earned in 2013.
