Rodolfo Castro

Rodolfo Castro has extensive experience in operations management within Procter & Gamble, having held various leadership positions since October 2009, including Senior Director of Product Supply and Plant Manager at the Tabler Station Beauty Plant. Prior roles at Procter & Gamble encompass operations, utilities, and initiatives leadership, as well as process engineering and management roles from production intern to senior operations manager. Prior to this, Rodolfo Castro gained field service experience as an intern at Eaton from January to September 2009. Rodolfo Castro holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from COPPEAD UFRJ, completed in 2018.
