Stephanie Headley serves as the Senior Vice President for North America Skin Care at P&G Beauty since March 2022, having held various positions at Procter & Gamble since July 2003, including Vice President of OLAY Skin Care and Marketing Director for NA Olay Skin Care. Stephanie's extensive experience covers brand equity management, marketing capability development for strategic channels, and consumer insights to enhance brand growth. Previous roles also include leadership in the expansion of Febreze products and operations management at Philip Morris International. Academically, Stephanie holds an MBA in General Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Mathematics & Secondary Education from the University of Richmond.
